Daylight in interior environments benefits the building owner and the end users. It provides a vital connection to the outdoors and a source of free light. However, if not carefully considered, it can also bring disabling glare and create excessive cooling load for the building through unwanted solar-heat gain.
TLP uses computer modeling to analyze opportunities for daylighting. These models enable us to visualize and quantify the effects of daylight. Our goal is to provide spaces where the balance of daylight and electric light is appropriate and comfortable for people using the space.
