From concept sketch to reality: Biomed Realty Trust – For Biomed Realty Trust’s newly renovated One Research Way location, we were asked to use exterior lighting to invigorate the long-vacant structure.
Through discussions with our client, in-house mock-ups, and calculations we were able to turn a simple sketch into reality. LED floodlights to highlight the long vertical resin ‘fins’, while in-grade metal halide fixtures act as a fill light on the building to remove shadows.
