Benjamin Franklin Parkway Façade & Sculpture Lighting

Philadelphia, PA

The Benjamin Franklin Parkway is a 1.1 mile long grand boulevard linking Philadelphia’s city center with Fairmount Park. The Parkway is rich with cultural institutions, civic buildings, sculptures and monuments. Working with the Center City District and the Fairmount Park Art Association, TLP designed lighting for nine building facades and fourteen historic public sculptures to enliven the Parkway at night. Seven of the buildings, including Philadelphia City Hall and the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul are part of the National Register of Historic Places.
