Pomme Lee rejoined The Lighting Practice in 2016 with over a decade of experience in architectural lighting design. Her dual architecture and engineering degrees provide her with a unique skillset and understanding of the lighting industry. Pomme is experienced in architectural lighting design and lighting control systems for buildings in a broad range of project types, including corporate, entertainment, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and public spaces. As a LEED Accredited Professional, she is experienced in the design of high efficiency lighting and daylight harvesting systems. As Director of Strategic Human Resources, Pomme plays a pivotal leadership role in strategic workforce planning including restructuring the firm’s talent acquisition process, identifying opportunities for increasing retention, and succession planning development

What is your favorite aspect of light?
That it is a combination of art and science.

What is your dream project?
Lighting human colonies on Mars.

What was your favorite subject in school? Why?
Physics. I thought I could figure out how to bend light…

Do you have any unusual skills or talents?
I can hear my children even in my sleep.  Is it unusual or just a mom thing?
