Success.  We strive to achieve it in all areas of our lives, both personal and professional.  We are celebrated when a milestone is hit and may suffer when it is missed or skipped.  But how is success determined and who defines what it looks like? Ultimately, success should be defined by the individual and their personal and professional goals.  It can be easy to adopt familial, societal, or industry definitions of success, but there is value in identifying and carving out a path that aligns with what is most important to the individual at the time.
