The Lighting Practice is proud to announce that Ryan Conover and Rochelle Spahn have been promoted to Project Manager.
Ryan Conover, Associate IALD
Ryan joined TLP as a lighting designer in 2011. He graduated from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Ryan decide to pursue a career in lighting design after some exposure in college followed by hands on experience working as an electrical contractor. Ryan has grown as a designer and leader since he joined TLP. His positive attitude, technical knowledge and attention to detail consistently impress our clients and team.
Rochelle Spahn, Associate IALD, MIES
Rochelle initially joined TLP’s team as a Drexel University architecture student. After graduation she gained additional experience working with two other Philadelphia area lighting design firms before rejoining TLP in 2013. Rochelle has been a mentor to our design team, coaching and enhancing our conceptual rendering capabilities. Her creative and detail oriented approach to her work consistently meets her clients’ and colleagues’ needs.
Both Ryan and Rochelle are accomplished Lighting Designers who have grown as leaders within TLP’s design team and have demonstrated their ability to organize and manage projects. They have met and exceed TLP’s expectations and project standards. We appreciate both of their contributions to The Lighting Practice’s clients and overall team environment!
