Felix Warren NOMA

Designer

Felix Warren joined The Lighting Practice in 2021 as a Designer. He is drawn to the fun and flexibility of lighting design, from commercial use to art installations, and chose to pursue a career in lighting design because it combines all aspects of architecture that he enjoys. Felix graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 2021 with a degree in Architecture and a custom minor in Lighting Design. His previous experience includes several installations at Laurel Hill Cemetery, participation in the Light4Health program, and an internship with the Port Authority of NY & NJ. Since joining TLP, Felix’s project experience has grown to include mixed-use residential, hospitality, and healthcare.

What is your favorite aspect of light?
That light has the ability to heal spaces and people.

What is your favorite computer program? Why?
Rhino, it’s like a sandbox for adults.

Do you have any unusual skills or talents?
I can play every brass instrument except for the trumpet.

How would people communicate in a perfect world?
By falcon messengers.
