The Lighting Practice Transforms Philadelphia’s City Hall and the Avenue of the Arts!
The Lighting Practice, in collaboration with Center City District and student interns from the University of the Arts, is thrilled to announce a project in conjunction with the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA). We will transform City Hall as it joins 10 buildings along the Avenue of the Arts as “performers” in a free, outdoor art display in the heart of Philadelphia’s arts and culture scene.
