Design Advisor
Eve Quellman joined The Lighting Practice in 2002 and rejoined in 2019 after starting her own lighting design firm. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Lighting from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Her experience includes commercial, residential, hospitality, landscape, and retail environments. Eve has a interest in lighting research and has special interest in computer modeling and visualization programs and the history of architecture and lighting.
What’s your favorite aspect of light?
It enables the sensation of vision.
If you couldn’t be a lighting designer, what would you be?
An art and architectural historian.
