A volunteer group of team members at The Lighting Practice committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion works on:
- Reviewing business and hiring practices, identifying internal and external barriers to successful employment.
- Fostering an inclusive and equitable company culture.
- Providing comprehensive solutions or adjustments to leadership for review and implementation.
- Championing hiring M/W/VO/SBE vendors.
- Championing company support of organizations committed to education and racial equity in the lighting and A/E/C industry.
