DEI Task Force
The Lighting Practice has assembled a volunteer group of team members committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The group is tasked with reviewing TLP’s business and hiring practices to identify internal and external barriers to successful employment at TLP, as well as fostering an inclusive and equitable company culture. The group provides comprehensive solutions or adjustments to leadership for review and implementation. The group is a DEI resource to team members, champions hiring M/W/VO/SBE vendors, and champions opportunities to support organizations committed to education and racial equity in our industry.
