The Lighting Practice has a “work hard, play hard” mentality. Everyone who works for TLP loves what they do as lighting designers and are dedicated to putting in the time and energy to do it well. Our team also really enjoys spending time with each other. Lunches are filled with lively conversation and impromptu happy hours after work are not uncommon.
