The Lighting Practice is proud to celebrate Jered Widmer’s 25th anniversary with the firm. Since joining TLP in 2001, Jered has played an integral role in shaping TLP’s culture, work, and growth, most notably through his leadership in opening and directing TLP’s Dallas office.
Over the past 25 years, Jered’s career has been defined not by a single project but by leadership and long-term collaboration. “A defining moment for me was leading the opening of our Dallas office and serving as Director for our growing team. Our clients and collaborations here in Texas and the Southern region are really important to me; it’s been exciting to be front and center with new opportunities,” says Jered Widmer.
Looking ahead, Jered is energized by expanding TLP’s footprint in Texas and taking on new and diverse project types. “I love what I do, the people I work with, and mentoring our next generation of leadership,” exclaims Jered. “ My focus is on maintaining the quality of our work while growing our team organically for long-term sustainability.”
