Corporation Service Company (CSC) is building a new 165,000 GSF headquarters in Wilmington. CSC wanted to consolidate their multiple Delaware offices to create one central location. The headquarters is the first phase in a plan to develop the entire 42-acre property. The Lighting Practice was tasked with designing a lighting system to support CSC’s world-class sustainable corporate environment. The interior lighting will promote interaction with the environment and fellow employees. Direct/indirect pendant lighting is planned for the open office floor plan to balance electric light and the natural daylight. Emphasis will be placed on collaborative spaces encouraging interaction and impromptu meetings. TLP’s scope also includes exterior site lighting focused on branding as well as pedestrian and vehicular safety.
