The Lighting Practice is growing! We are pleased to welcome A.J. Flynn to the team in the role of Controller. In this position A.J. will work closely with leadership and TLP’s Accounting Coordinator to oversee the firm’s finances and develop financial plans and strategies.

A.J. joins The Lighting Practice with 9 years of A/E industry experience. He graduated from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a BS in Business Administration and focus on Economics. His interest in Business Administration was piqued at a young age watching his parents run their own business.
