For The Lighting Practice, the challenge was to enhance this atmosphere without compromising comfort or functionality. The lighting design balances contrast and warmth, providing enough illumination to prevent the space from feeling dark while avoiding glare and visual discomfort. Light levels are strategically varied throughout: open offices receive brighter illumination for productivity, while pantries and huddle rooms feature softer, more relaxed lighting for moments of respite.
Warm lighting accents and integrated greenery soften the overall aesthetic, creating a workplace that is both elegant and inviting, one that seamlessly balances focus, comfort, and connection.
