The Lighting Practice Welcomes Bella & Mikaela to the team!
The key to The Lighting Practice’s legacy of excellence is its talented team of lighting designers and marketing professionals. These professionals combine their ideas, knowledge, and talents to transform ordinary spaces into captivating and memorable places. TLP’s marketing and design team is growing, the firm recently hired Bella Harrison and Mikaela Seitz to support our growing firm.
Bella joined The Lighting Practice in 2024 as a Designer. She is currently studying Architecture at Drexel University and planning to graduate in 2027. Bella’s spark for lighting design came about from experiencing the way natural light plays with silhouettes during sunrise and sunset. She is motivated by the ability to benefit people’s lifestyles in a subtle way through light. Outside of work and school, Isabella enjoys taking weekend trips to go camping and hiking.
Mikaela Joined The Lighting Practice in 2024, bringing with her AEC marketing experience from a Structural Engineering Firm. She assists the Marketing Manager and Proposal Coordinator in maintaining marketing materials for the firm. In addition, she produces content for social media and creates graphics and written materials to support the firm’s marketing efforts. Mikaela enjoys seeing creative ideas come to life. Outside of work, she enjoys making tufted rugs, hiking, and reading.
