The Buccini/Pollin Group Headquarters

After 25+ years along the Wilmington waterfront, The Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG) relocated to the heart of downtown Wilmington in the historic Brandywine Building. The Lighting Practice was engaged to design the interior lighting for their 24,000 SF office fit-out. TLP emphasized the sculptural quality of the ceiling architecture through backlit panels and discretely placed tape lights. Track lighting with a dark finish disappears into ceiling recesses, providing functionality seamlessly. Lighting reinforces the modern office aesthetic while softening the hard edges and high contrast finishes.
