The Buccini/Pollin Group’s new headquarters in downtown Wilmington, DE, called for complementary lighting to enhance the bold colors and soft lines of the space’s architectural elements. The Lighting Practice executed this effort using wall sconces in the meeting spaces, producing the perfect balance of lively yet warm light. The open layout and modern finishes bring a hospitality-like, comfortable feel to the space, while complementing the historic Brandywine Building, where the office is located. The space includes several conference rooms, focus rooms, restrooms, reception area, lounge with booth seating, and additional amenities. Lighting integrated into the stadium seating in the amenity makes the gathering and collaboration space a focal point.
